A Selection Of Useful Movie Synopses To Check Out
It used to be that you had to go to the video store to get a movie. The next generation it seems will be getting their movies from movie downloads, avoiding any trips to the store. Below is a sample of some of the movies you can find using movie download sites.
In Enemy Country: So-so WW2 story, set in France and England, filmed on a back-lot. Not extremely persuading. Cast includes Tony Franciosa, Anjanette Comer, Man Stockwell, Paul Hubschmid, Tom Bell, and Emile Genest. (107 minutes,’68)
Stage Fright: Theater student Wyman turns covert sleuth because an actress’ spouse is killed. There are some stimulating scenes however the Mr. Hitchcock misses on this one. Cast includes Marlene Dietrich, Jane Wyman, Richard Todd, Kay Walsh, Aastair Sim, Joyce Grenfell, Sybil Thorndike, and Patricia Hitchcock. (110 minutes,’50)
Jackie Chan’s First Strike: Hong Kong’s most visibly agile cop finds himself in a James Bond like struggle engaging the CIA, Russian mafia, an atomic weapon, and obviously, an excellent-looking girl scuba diver. The dubbing here is normally a negative, yet in a lark like this it seriously doesn’t matter. The movie is basically a nonstop action film showcasing Chan’s martial arts skills. Cast includes Jackie Chan. Chen Chun Wu, Jackson Lou, and Bill Tung. (110 minutes,’96)
The Stepford Wives: An up to date remake of the’75 film of the same name. The town of Stepford, on first look, seems like the perfect place. Everything in Stepford seems perfect. Newcomers to Stepford Joanne and Bobbie are starting to wonder what is going on. Will they figure it out before it is too late?
Dracula’s Daughter: Continuation to the Lugosi classic portrays vampire exercises of Holden. Pichel adds implementing aid as her malevolent manservant. Hillyer, usually a B-Western director, manages to imbue this chiller with a moody, subtly sensual quality. Cast includes Cast includes Gloria Holden, Otto Kruger, Marguerite Churchill, Irving Pichel, Edward Van Sloan, Nan Grey, and Hedda Basket. (70 minutes,’36)
From Nashville with Music: Some excellent country and western music, although one would be better served to purchase one of the actors’ albums rather than agonizing through this tale of a New York couple who go to the Grand Ole Opry by accident. Cast includes Marilyn Maxwell, Leo G. Carroll, Pedro Gonzalez, Marty Robbins, Merle Haggard, and Buck Owens. (87 minutes,’69)
House on Haunted Hill: Zillionaire Cost offers group of individuals $100,000 each if they’ll survive a night in spooky old mansion with a haunted history. Cast includes Vincent Cost, Carol Ohmart, Richard Long, Alan Marshal, Elisha Chef, Carolyn Craig, and Leona Anderson. (75 minutes,’58)
Beverley Hills Cop 3: Axel Foley is back in action. He witnesses his boss being murdered and immediately starts an investigation. This leads him back to L.A. where the clues lead him to a counterfeit ring run out of an amusement park.
The Muse: Brooks plays a Hollywood screenwriter who’s informed that he’s out of touch until he hooks up with a genuine muse Rock, a capricious lady whose performing methods are unorthodox at best. As with tons of Brooks’ films, the parts are better than the entire thing, although his gibes at Hollywood are valuable, and some of the cameo appearances which we come observe are extremely funny. Cast includes Albert Brooks, Sharon Rock, Andie MacDowell, Jeff Bridges, Mark Feuerstein, Steven Wright, and Bradley Whitford. (96 minutes,’99)

Today’s movie downloads give you a little piece joy, right from your computer. Joi Movie Some people may not like the option of movie download subscriptions, since they do not know how to download movies. And then, if you bought the movie instead of renting it, it was played over and over again for the family to enjoy.
